Planned at launch
| Names of 5–15 characters | Free, one per wallet |

Prices retained in development configuration are historical inputs for software tests, not a TapeID price list. No payment has been accepted and no revenue exists.
Rules before any launch
- Publish the exact price, recipient, quota and refund policy before taking payment.
- Never sell a Pass, hide a Fail or convert missing evidence into a positive record.
- Do not describe a development mint on a throwaway chain as a public registration.
- Do not reuse source-project wallets, invitations, payment history or sponsorship.
Local development
Developers can test registration and signature flows on a local chain with disposable keys. That is a software test, not a claim that tape or any TapeID name is owned, deployed or available to the public.
